If you knit or crochet, we currently need hats for our veterans in local care facilities and VA hospitals.

The following items are needed for Walker Bags, Wheelchair/lap Quilts, Wheelchair Bags, Dining Bibs, and Fidget Aprons/Mats for Alzheimer’s patients:

Ribbon (3/8 to 1.5 inches), lace, rick rack

Buttons (1 inch and larger)

Fleece/Flannel

Heavy material such as denim and corduroy

Poly Fil

Quilt batting

Shoe laces

Small Stuffed animals (Beanie Baby Size)

Upholstery fabric (not too thick)

Velcro

Yarn

Zippers
